CNN just carried the news about NYSE on the John King Report. I assume they mean 60% of the price they actually were establishing at the time this debacle began but that was not made clear.

WOW normally I would be surprised. This must have been unfair so......I call a do over. Now we know, every crash will be cancelled and a do over. Wow I really never thought of that one
