cry for help, formatted computer over 20 times, and it gets hacked in less than one min later

Please for over one year now, my computer has been hacked, and my private life has been compromised they have have access to both the internal sound card and desktop throurgh spooler, and they also have access to the DNS through spoofing, and am upset, I do not know why,
I feel a failure, I feel like comiting sucide sometimes, as nothing I do works, and I alone, no one cares and most do not even believe me, my friends and family sayto me I am not important, and it hurts my feelings, I do not think I am import, but it hurts that they do not believe me or care, what ever makes them feel comfortable, but I fix computers for a living and I can not fix my own computer who ever did this are far better than I. Worse now is any computer that comes near mine becomes compromised in less than one minute, likewise any computer that comes near my home does too.

Please help, help me. The internet is my life, and I am so sad, help me.

Why is this happening, who will help free me for this, and what can I do, I am alone.

I feel like failure.
