first you have to recognise that we are all controllable, we are all programmable
sounds, images, words, actions all have the power to influence
and not in a good way
but it takes a step away from your ego to admit that to yourself before you can see it all around you
because we all think we are 'better' than that, smarter than that
it's a big ol' ego thing
step 1-accept you capable of mechanical unthinking behaviour and you are not always aware of the influences around you
