And the second Angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.



We were just talking about this the other day. I don't believe this is vial 2 yet. Revelations 9:8 is where the sea turns to blood, killing 1/3 of the sea.

I think that's where we're at with this oil slick.

Several chapters later, Rev 16:3 that you quoted occurs. This is when ALL of the oceans become AS the blood of a dead man. In other words, total lack of oxygen (Hypoxia) that we're beginning to now see in various ocean waters. That's when ALL sea life will die. Period.

Also, don't forget it was another really bad winter for the floundering bumble-bee, which Einstein said would lead to the extinction of mankind once they're gone.
