Evening,
In regards to Venus and the Dark Twin 'looming large' in the Night sky, is the day coming when we will see them also bright as day?

to make this more clear, will either or both become readily visible during Daylight hours?
Venus has always been sometimes/somewhat visible in the daytime hours. The 'Dark Twin' does not exist.
