Its been there for some hours on the infrared. Has grown bigger. Like I said earlier, it seems like the lava is flowing under the Glacier, melting its way through, indicating there might be some heavy floding later.
The glacier ice is quite thick down the slope.
In daylight you do not see the ice very clearly, as it is to a large extent covered with ash.
