I've been hearing a lot about the use of hay. Does anyone have any idea on how that would work?




Someone said calculations were done for this solution. The number I heard was three years worth of hay grown just to clean up the oil already spilled. All of that would be needed at one time.

It works but we just don't have enough. Perhaps if the world pitched in.


There are tons of hay bales down here. :) Thanks for explaining.
