5-10 years for it to recover. This will bankrupt the fishing industry there. You are being generous, this will bankrupt America and Mexico. Third World status will seem like a dream! And it's STILL all about the money.  Yeah, nothing about the fact the water is polluted, the wildlife are greatly affected, and mankind ... well, it's too bad we hurt others in our race to extinction.
