What a great thread, it seems when ever the topic of "cats" is discussed on Glp, there is on the most part, a down to earth and friendly emancipated lot sharing in the greatness of cat companionship.

Ok, i also do agree with the Australian comment about cats going off to be fed by other people etc, sure quite a few cats do, and a dog is better for other things say if the shit hits the fan and you need to "hit the road" a dog can definitely be invaluable in the early stages.

But this is about cats, and that hoover cat picture on the first page was one of the funniest things i have seen in a while. My cat should be due in soon, in and out of the window he goes all day long. I think he contemplates a surreal opinion based on his findings here where he lives. Hmmm
