If you create your own reality, why does everyone have basically the same one???

I dunno. Maybe losing yourself in it IS the point. There's certainly plenty to get involved with.

Reality is like a big prey animal, perhaps. Large, untamed, would certainly eat you (given the chance), but beautiful to look at, and most importantly, operating outside of whatever concerns its observers attempt to place upon it, up to a certain degree.

I hadnt considered it from that perspective necassarily, helps join a few dots. Thankyou.

having said that i dont discount the possibility that much of the matrix has been provided for our enslavment and may not be of our direct doing. On the other hand i choose to enslave myself at every moment i am not true to myself. The rabbit hole is deep and ive just passed back into "wakefulness" for some hours.

As I walk through life I am actually gaining more of myself thankfully. I learned the law of attraction and live my life in the positive now and it has made such a difference. Not that crap doesn't happen but I understand it now. I was such a negative person before and so many negative things happened to me. Living my life by the law really saved me. I am a much better and nicer person now. What we do and dwell on really does come back to us. And long term anger will kill us. Love is the name of the game.

Yeah, I know, there i go assigning limiting qualifications to something that I don't have the slightest chance of comprehending. Just feeling poetic for a moment.

"Create your own reality" does not mean you literally create the world and universe.. it means you can direct your own personal world with a bit of willpower.

Wow alot of hit and run posts making fun of other posts... Sad but I suppose this is really how some people live. Making fun of others instead of considering their views and adding it to ones own.

I guess my point is this: I don't feel that I have either the need nor the ability to alter anything about reality outside of the limited things in my sphere; my own behaviour, my family, friends, work, etc.

Is that creating reality or just perticipating on my own terms?

I too am pedantic, and quite adept at even advanced mathematics. However, what constitutes a "lifetime" is relative. How many cars have you owned? If you signed the papers, drove it home, found out it was a lemon, and took it back the same day, would you say that you owned that car, or was it a fraction of an ownership? Ever worked a one-day job? Ever been stood up on a blind date? All incomplete experiences.

The fact of the matter was that the individual was dowsing numbers of lives at a picnic, and I had lived more than 435, but less than 436, so he interpreted it as 435 and a half, and the half was an abortion. So be pedantic, call it 435.0076923.
