Romania hit by massive protests.

They're complaining about not being able to fly to Britain to join the millions of Romanians already here.

Unfortunately, the prime minister and president are still alive. A leader of the governing party, a certain Marcel Hoara, that had the guts to go into the middle of the protesters nearly did not make it alive out of there, being hit with eggs, water and other things. He had to be taken by the police out of there or he would have been killed.

The protest continued for 2 more hours after that. The police estimates 30,000 people took part in it, the unions claim there were 60,000.

There were no incidents but now there will be general strikes. It's building up.... but nobody knows towards what. Riots, civil disobedience, revolution, dictatorship? Or maybe it will all fizzle out. We'll see.

After an hour or so he was evacuated by several policemen. He looks stressed. LOL

Because the European Baby Boomers are starting to figure out that "The Retirement" thing was just a scam. Baby Boomers over here have, for the most part, figured that out.
