2cents  User ID: 960323  United States05/16/2010 12:58 AM  Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A very odd, perfectly circular atmospheric phenomenon is happening right now over the four corners area of the USA. Keep in mind, this image is from a satellite and not a radar, so this is not one of those "ground clutter" anomalies. The atmosphere is actually creating this circle or being influenced by an unknown force that is causing it and seems to be affecting the weather to the east of the circle. This anomaly is near perfectly centered over the four corners region just like a "bulls-eye". You can see it on many different satellites and views such as water vapor, infrared, visible, etc. Has anyone seen this phenomenon before? It's still happening right now as of this post...go to the following link to see current animation....when the map goes bluish, that is darkness falling across the globe. Hooke's shading on the globe between the right-hand and left-hand bs could indicate the shadow of the rings on the globe, or the faint C-ring faintly blocking part of the globe. State/territory lines aren't relevant to anything. |
