Same thing with us everything comes from china so when stocks go down in us along with consumer confidance then chinese exports might be affected so traders start to speculate on a lower demand...... |

Quoting: Mell FungshonI read recently that there has been a massive house price bubble in China which recently burst. Home prices are down as much as 30% in parts of China. That's as bad as housing bubble regions in the US. That China might be a bubble economy is one of the worst things yet in this great recession. Alot of people thought a growing China would bail the world out of this mess. From what news is coming out of late, it ain't happening. They're gonna have to deal with their underwater mortgages first. |
