My hubby just called me from work. Apparently his work computer is fried right now. The IT guy is working on it right now and has found over 56 viruses so far. Hubby is sure that it's from clicking links on Drudge Report. Anybody else have problems like this? I'm not sure if his office has up-to-date anti-virus protection or not. At home, I never have this problem, cuz I moslty use my iPhone to surf the web, or my MacBook, so I haven't dealt with a computer virus in a few years. There may be some truth to your assertions OP. Funny I've never heard anyone say that about Drudge but GLP has had that allegation leveled at it from ever corner of the web. If so, there's your problem. Quoting: Mister Obvious Yeah, it was a Windows. It had up-to-date Norton Anti-virus on it, but the viruses got through. They had to give him a new computer.

It wont be the first time Drudge Report has had a few dodgy links. [link to news.cnet.com] Those who are getting infected should inform Drudge of exactly which links they clicked.The webmaster should be able to block them from being aggregated or otherwise remove them from the site.Infected ad servers are a pita,too,because ads are rotated.
