Hmmm.

Have you ever seen anyone pour water so carefully?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 974882

Yes I have. Every time my mother ever poured distilled water into her iron she did it with at least that amount of "careful".

The man obviously believe correctly in that if you waste not you likely will want not.

I can't believe the comments I'm seeing here....

ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS?!?!?!

THIS IS YEARS OLD. YEARS! People have been messing around with this "HHO" stuff for a while now. Haven't you all seen the little HHO units people try to put in their vehicles?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 829503

Yep.
I first saw this on GLP years ago. I always wondered what happened to him though. Not that I ever tried to search for him and his invention.

Re: How much longer do you think this guy's going to live?
It's just "Browns Gas". You use both the freed oxygen and hydrogen from the water, put them back together in combustion, rather than simply burning hydrogen. It does make for a hot flame, but the idea is not new really.

It is pretty hot for a car engine, but he seems to have it worked out all right.

You do need energy to use it though. Browns gas is considered to volatile to hold in a tank, so you would need separate oxygen and hydrogen tanks to hold it for storage or a lot of electricity to make it on demand.

If we could use solar or biologically produced oxygen and hydrogen, then this is feasible. We need to smooth some problems out first though, for large scale use.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 739636

Which means the second part of the video about a car running on just water is BS unless he has a really powerful source of electricity in the car, charged beforehand.

The first part of the video seems valid though, a device that produce a clean-burning and very hot flame from just water and electricity as he says.

A device like this could be useful and convenient for welders etc, no heavy and expensive gas bottles to haul around and the associated dangers about handling some gas types. Just a little box that you connect to mains, add some water.

Energy Credits will be the New Currency once the Global Energy Reserve System is implemented after the inside job oil spill disaster comes to fruition (Gulf, East Coast and much of Atlantic Ocean contaminated).

One of the main objectives of GERS will be to purchase all Patents on "new" energy technologies and prevent "unauthorized" duplication of said technologies. So basically anyone caught using clean energy without proper authorization will be deemed counterfeiters and prosecuted!

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 952386

I don't think so.

We've all heard rumors of this sort of thing before, but that's all they were, rumors. But here, for the first time, we find the news saying that this process has already been inspected and approved by multiple authorities, and it is being covered openly on national TV, and it is being inspected by the US Government and US Army.

This cat is already out of the box.

The video is at least six or more years old. There are hidden technology and shelved technology that can make this Earth a paradise. We live surrounded by chaos because they want get rid of us. They try all they can to kill us. That is only going to change with a "divine intervention". And that can only happen when people be awake of all this that is happening and ASK FOR IT TO CHANGE. We are in a world where things happen ONLY IF PEOPLE ASK FOR THEM. So powerful we are.

Re: How much longer do you think this guy's going to live?
Nobody is gonna kill this guy, and no he hasnt figured out anything new, and no its not quite as much a miracle as it seems.

He's just turning water into hygrogen and oxygen and then using that to create energy. The problem: turning water into hydrogen and oxygen through hydrolysis USES more energy in creating the oxgen and hyrdrogen than the products themselves can create.

This is what powers the Space Shuttle's main engines, among many other things. The shuttle's 3 main engines combine hydrogen and oxygen in massive quantities to form an a rapidly expanding fireball to create thrust with the end product being just plain ole water.
 Quoting: Ratla 961537

Yeah, but the space shuttle uses RTG's for electricity to power-up their fuel cells. If I could get a spare Radioisotope Thermal Generator, I could run my car for 6 months on water only. Funny thing about that radioactive engine thingy. . .you can only buy one if your the gubmint.

a couple of years ago my father built one of those HHO things for the car. it worked great. the instructions were posted all over the internet when gas was $4.00 a gallon. its my belief that our government is well aware of this technology and have been for many many years. however, the oil and gas industry is so vital for the government tax revenue and people being reliant that they will never do anything else. its a live and die with oil attitude. its the same reason that the car manufacturers came out with hybrid cars that got 50-60 miles per gallon the cars always looked like a ugly shoe. i mean u wouldnt want to put that engine technology in a corvette or a mini van. haha what a joke the government is.

Did experiments with this myself on a smaller scale.

Pure water works.

The by-product is water, so there is no "loss" of the resource, just re-use of the same resource (if there is a system in place to re-collect it as it is formed after combustion).

Salt water allows the electrolysis to work faster, but is not necessary (can use solar to desalinize sea water as well - distilled).

This would wreck the economy of the world overnight.

Yes, water powered cars are a great idea, if feasible. But this is not a change that can be accomplished in a short time. Nor will the multi-billion dollar oil companies let something like this happen easily.

It's not a question of technology, it's a question of governance.

your statement is correct in regard to "brute force electrolysis" ..however
if one finds the resonant frequency of the particular water being used, they can pulse the electric current at that frequency and crack it with a small amount of current(amps)and even produce more gas by running the current through a ckoke circuit (similar to a tazer gun circuit that produces 100,000+ volts from a simple 9volt battery) then pulse that current at the proper frequency to produce all the gas needed to run a typical combustion engine on demand.. salt water actually works the best.. the sodium content provides a natural electrolyte making the water even more conductive.

the patents are out there, but zero support for mass production .. anyone that tries to front the money gets horizonalized .. post haste

as for running a car only on water... i guess you guys never heard of Viktor Schauberger's discoveries and of his application of it such as the Trout Turbine that runs on nothing but a closed loop of air/water.

we're talking about a paradigm shift in energy production.. I don't believe the world economy would be "wrecked" though there would be a transition period.. first retrofitting existing vehicles then transitioning the tech into the current model. a lot of jobs gone but many new jobs created.. a transition.. it would sting for a while but it would be well worth getting this tech online.. safe, clean, renewable and cheap.. put power back into the people's hands as it taken away from the current model cartel.. the best transition of all.. .. this would be only the beginning of what is possible thru the introduction of decentralizing technologies like this..

bring it on

You're not going to get details on the patent, but it's very simple concept. All you're doing is seperating the water from the hydrogen in H2O.

I don't see why people would find this so impossible?
