The American/British casino style economic system supported by Wall Street preys upon humanity. It exploits humanity in order to supply it with what it needs, be it natural resources or human resources, physical assets or human assets! In the US, I think 3 or 4 of the largest banks had perfect trading days in the first-quarter of this year — their trading desks made money every day.

There really is no appreciable backlash against the huge losses US taxpayers were saddled with by Treasury secretary and former Goldman Sachs CEO Hank Paulson after the 2008 crash.

The financial reform bill in the US is OK, but it really doesn't do all that much.

No one mentions higher investment taxes or a roll back of the capital gains tax cuts.

How could you dare tax such essential part of the economy? I mean, think of the damage it will do?
