They threaten war at every turn
Yes, but this time things are a bit more concrete. South Korea is going to have to do something, 100% - whether that be harsher sanctions or whatever. But, North Korea this time round has promised more aggression.
Things can easily escalate this time around.
After all, a warship was 100% attacked it seems by the north, and 46 navy personnel died.
This is an act of war.
