thanks for directing me to that EARLIER thread on the 2010 mascots. It's like that scene in POLTERGEIST when the photographer tries to take a picture of a flickering light 'with the lens cap on' and the woman of the house says, "You gotta be quicker than that, round here."

Its what they want for "THE WORLD" too....mass scale manufactured robotic peace and rainbows. Good workers, who don't think, have faces, have no character, no human qualities...but the all seeing eye remains...keeping technology watching everyone..

how very middle class Wenlock and Mandeville sound, it could have been worse, to truly reflect modern British society they could have had Mohammed and Winston, the gay couple cottaging on Hampstead Heath.
