my neighbor spent years in Korea and has just recently returned to the states with his family(capt US Army....helicopter pilot). Ever since the sinking of the S Korea ship I have noticed he has not been the same. I had always presumed it was N Korea but could not prove it.
I will see if he knows anything...he is active duty.

This has nothing whatever to do with the oil. In spite of what you have read here, that situation is no reason to panic at all.
