I don't think anybody takes the 'study' of UFOs seriously any more. We just need to grow up a bit as a species and admit that we are most likely not being visited by extra-terrestrials. Many people want desperately to believe that we are, but that doesn't make it so.

I actually do believe we are probably visited by "aliens". And I believe UFOlogy is worth studying.

BUT, this is just based on what I know about the size of the universe- the amount of stars, the amount of stars which probably are orbitied by planets, the amount of stars within galaxies, the amount of galaxies within galaxy clusters, the amount of galaxy clusters within galaxy superclusters, and so on.....NOT so much on someone saying they got "beamed aboard" some fuckin'....mothership.

I just think when you concieve the amount of, basically, SPACE, out there there has to be other life forms which have/are evolving.

The reason I don't believe nearly ANY of the UFO-sightings or theories that our world governments are in cahoots with "them", is that basically ANY civilization capable of interstellar (possible intergalactic) travel would be MORE THAN CAPABLE of hiding themselves from our little trinkets we use for "detection" here on Earth.

And as such, I cannot figure why any such civilization would EVER give a damn enough about our puny little archaic government(s) to ever cooperate with them.

They're probably watching us the same way we watch animals in the wild, covertly.
