So what the fuck, someone was at their door claiming to be a census worker after 10 at night?

Sounds to me like the cops were supposed to come take care of the fucker at their door and instead disarmed the citizen and home owner....

For all we know the 67 year old was hard of hearing and/or confused and thought she was still being threatened...
