Don't have the answer but I'm getting close to that senario

Go to a shelter. You will get food and a place to sleep. If you have let your life reach this level of disrepair, and can't find any other way to get out, someone at a homeless shelter will be glad to assist you.

You can live out of your vehicle, too, if you have one. Many good survival guides for this.

Don't let your pride prevent you from getting the food and rest you need to get on your feet again.
