Give it a break netherlands..the spill is real..the cleanup seems to be deliberately causing considerabloe damage that could and should have been avoided. There is an evil undercurrent here.a focused devastation.

The secondary collection system, using the Q4000 has now been activated to help collect the growing volumes of oil generated from the oil spill at the Deepwater Horizon site in the Gulf of Mexico. There was also a small fire, yesterday, due to a lighting strike, that shut down collection for a short while."

There are two more hearings scheduled with all of them there together. And as Stupack said at the end when Burgess was shilling, "MMS isn't going to answer the questions that Hayward won't answer for him".

I think the hearings are a waste of time, right now everyone should be thinking about the containment of the well and the cleanup of the oil. Plenty of time to drag BP and MMS and the gov through the coals. Pointing fingers right now is not fixing a damn thing.

hey, spacie. I blogged the thread where people are watching a little bit. I get real pissed at the blame game that I can only do that so much. It distracts from the issue at hand, helping the Gulf and the people. Here is the letter that was sent to Hayward 3 days ago with the questions that Hayward refuses to answer.

He has been asked though in this hearing to provide written answers to what he "does not know" now. Let's see if the asshole does it. He had three days to find the answers to the questions. I bet the manslaughter will be pleading the 5th soon enough.

Yea, but nothing is fixing a damn thing right now. Spew is getting worse, oil is on the move. Every day we wake up to something worse, every day we expect something good to happen and it never does. Its all about a political show right now, who can act like there pissed off the most. Mean while, all the kickbacks, pocket lining keeps going on by the Big Oil, and all other big corporations going right into those political bastards pockets. We got to change how this government works and i mean fast.

I do think some smart ass congress person should ask Hayward though, "If you had no knowledge and decisions of the procedural issues of the well in drilling how are you able to have knowledge and make decisions about clean up?"
