According to CNN World ticker South Korean President has said the following in address to nation:
-North Korea broke the peace in March 26th ship attack
-South Korea military to be bolstered and strengthened
-North Korea must officially apologize for attack on warship
-All trade between North & South Korea will be stopped
-Those responsible for ship attack must be punished
-North Korean ships to be barred from South Korean waters
-South Korea will defend itself in any future attacks
-Seoul to take Pyongyang to U.N. Security Council over ship attack
