Ears ringing louder than they ever have before

I heard loud ringing off and on for 2 days before the Chile earthquake, but it wasn't even half as loud as this. I'm having trouble hearing conversation right now.

Yeah I am having the same problem right now my ringing is driving me crazy. Never had it this loud before.

Truth be told, I don't ever remember a tone hearer ever predicting an EQ correctly.

bump for the ringers... mine just started.. 2x's today, different ears.

And here I thought I had just been taking too much Advil, because yesterday afternoon I started having nonstop tones in both my ears, but a little more pronounced in the right ear. I don't have any condition or history to account for this. So, it looks like I am not alone. The tones are upper mid-range and are like a radio or electrical sound. Does not matter where I am; the tones are constant. Not bugging me much, except I wish I could figure out what the frequency is, out of curiosity.

My ears have been ringing the last few days. I am wondering if my blood pressure is going up. I have always had good b/p, but I do understand that high b/p can cause your ears to ring.

ringing started tonight a few hours ago...it seems to gain in frequency and then subside for a while.

Sadly, I have ringing in my ears all the time. Sort of mid to high pitch. It has gotten louder in the past month or so, but I think it is health related to me. I posted some symptoms below.

* Hearing loss
* Too much exposure to loud noise
* Side effects of medication
* Allergies

* Low thyroid levels
* Neurological disorders
* Brain or ear tumors
* Problems in the heart and blood vessels, jaws, and neck
* High blood pressure
* Head trauma
* Depression
* Stress

I was going to post about this also but I thought people would think what a nut. For the past 2 days I've had 3 major ear pings long really low then today its just been off and on but getting more frequent

Ear ringing or buzz in the ears is a health issue but it may also be a magnetic issue. One week before the Chile quakes, my ears were ringing like hell. Then it was a relief when the earthquakes hit Chile.

Regarding the health issue, Aspirine intake is the main cause then it dammages the kidneys and for the chinese medicine, when kidneys malfuncion, blood circulacion is affected and buzz in the ears is the consequence. I am suffering now from ear ringing and I was able to control it thru shiatsu, vegetarianism, acupunturism but i have made some errors and now its like hell.

I am asking myself how people can stand it. Maybe they do have a strong nervous system. The elite and the catholic church are just a bunch of hypocrites. Euthanesie should be legal and assited.

if you hear the frequency in one ear then train yourself to focus on the other ear , if you notice you will hear that tone first ,it is more silent, like a laser going through one ear and out the other pointed at your head, then right when you hear it slap your ear not to hard, notice the tone goes away immediately after you slap it

I've learned to live with it. I here it all the time but I don't let it get to me anymore. In the military I got used to going to sleep in a noisy environment which I think could be one reason I can deal with it. Mine I think was caused originally by operating heavy equipment for many years without much ear protection..........

Really? Aspartame, I drink a lot of diet coke and it contains aspartame as a sweetener. I'll have to look into that. Maybe by cutting that out, I might be able to lower the intensity of the ringing.

Indeed. He drinks about a gallon of Diet Coke a day for a bout 20 years.
