How much oil is down there? it has to run out eventually right? right? The Tiber Oil field. Note that the article at the very end states that new technologies still need to be developed to deal with this find. [ link to www.statesman.com] Yes, but BP threatened to leave the US and move their drilling to Russia. I imagine the US politicians were bribed into allowing BP to drill in this field without proper studies as to the geology and safety of doing so. And here we are.
