The trick is to have multiple states of consciousness active at the same time. That is the trick. It is not to 'exit' your body, but it is for your physical consciousness to still be active and aware while you begin and enter other states.


YES! I experience what could be called black outs, or deep trance states while praying or meditating. It's missing time.


This is what most mystics of today are teaching wrongly. We are not leaving our body, we are changing our awareness.
