FOR TRULY ONLY THE PAPACY WAS EVER TRUE HEAD OF THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE
INDEED THE POPES CROWNED THE HEADS AND SO WERE IN AUTHORITY OVER THEM.
SO IT IS THE PAPACY THAT IS THE KING OVER THE BEAST KINGDOM.
