It's like N. Korea is going out of their way to start a war.
Exactly... but it makes no sense.
I don't believe that military advisers to Kimmy are that stupid, even if Kim himself is a fucking idiot... those guys are (hopefully) experienced generals and military veterans, they are surely smart enough to realise that a war would result in their total annihilation?
