Yea, well the Russians are fuckin idiots, and so is anyone else that thinks a BOMB is going to help!......

These wacko's are all thinking a surface warhead delivered like Hiroshima, for frak sake.... Morans!
What they'd do, is drill a shaft near the leaking well, insert the nuke far under the surface of the sea floor, seal the shaft with cement, and detonate it.
The blast and heat will crush the pipe under the sea floor, and the heat will create an underground sphere of molten material, hopefully simultaneously cauterizing the leak.
I agree with the Russians... I think it would work.
