4 crew members were removed from one of the boats.
One by helicopter.

They claim to have come in contact with the dispersants.
Of course, BP is saying not sure whether it was dispersants, oil, or weathered oil they came in contact with.
Testing the crew members at the hospital and even their clothing for samples to find out what it is/was.

First people down there complain about NOT being hired to work on the spill

Next people down there complain that working on the spill makes them sick.

Next people down there will be suing everybody under the sun because they got the job doing exactly what they wanted to do and were very emotionally clammering to do.

ANYBODY with half a brain knew that going out and working on a sea filled with methane gas in the air and all sorts of petro chemical/oil vapors coming off the sea PLUS large quantities of other types industrial strength chemicals was NOT going to be safe environment for the human body.

There is no making those people happy.

I feel for them ... but lets face it they seem to have an IQ and ability to reason down around the level of a emotion driven 5 year old.

The ones who were NOT hired to work on the spill should actually be thanking BP for NOT hiring them and kissing the ground that they are walking on ... they actually may have a chance to live out a full natural lifespan

BP & co. know that lawsuits are cheaper in the long run than providing proper hazmat gear to everybody now. Valdez has been able to stall paying off on lawsuits for 20+ years.

Wait a minute.. this has probably been mentioned but...
125 boats.. with a crew of at LEAST 5 = 625 men, 4 men feel sick and they recall all 125 boats??
Now, I have no doubt there are poisonous fumes all over the area and people are going to get sick but to recall 625 men because 4 feel sick doesn't sound like something the government would do..

I think they should call in ALL the boats and torch the whole thing. It could then become and eternal light 50 miles off Louisiana. In a few years there would be many who would believe that god did it, and a whole new religion could be born. And of course there would be sacrifices to the flame. There is no end to human insanity.

What about the f'ing fish,no one mentions the fish,thats their damn home! they have to live in that,comon people what about the fish,you trying doing laps in that oil,you cant its impossible even Micheal Phelps wouldnt get far,you cant swimm in that stuff they should put signs up or something.

Actually, we should be thanking the shit out of everyone that goes out there and gets sick. They don't make any decisions except for the brave decisions of entering the spill zone and working hard hoping they can make a difference.

What other choice do we have? No one here on GLP or in America knows an easy way to fix things.

I agree with the "go home" part. India threw Union Carbide out after the Bhopal disaster, and I think BP should be given the same treatment. Companies that destroy the environment of the countries that they are working in should not be welcome in those countries.
