IF NORTH KOREA HAS A NUKE CAN IT REACH THE USA MAINLAND?
They have ICBMs but none that are proven to reach mainland US. In the event of war it's far more likely they would use nukes as EMPs to disable S. Korean, US and Japanese electronics in the area which would cripple our military capacity in the area.
SO THEY WOULD NOT SHOOT THEIR NUKE TOWARD A CITY IN SK?
