Go to bed, Sleep for 2 hours, then wake up again and up until 5-6 a.m. very weird, indeed, at least I am not the only one. |

About ten percent of the time I can go back to sleep for about thirty minutes. I get to sleep 11pm or later. I guess it is enough sleep. But it is just odd because my eyes just sort of pop open and I am awake. Not like I toss and turn and give up, or gradually wake up. I just wake up. |

I'm having two hour sleeps since Aquarius's sign moved in at the end of January but I'm a Gemini. I have damaged nerves from surgery last year and I had assumed that it was the reason for the lack of sleep. I am very wired up for some reason as well. It helps to know that there others who seem to be going through this same scenario. Interesting times, indeed.  |

Pain and sleep trouble I think are connected. Pain meds will keep you awake especially the narcotics. But when we have so much pain - it interferes with being able to fall asleep. She dumped me over the phone a week before Christmas...and I stay awake all night, every night now...dreading going to sleep alone...knowing that she's tripping through Europe with some new guy. This sucks..I wish I could sleep...or stop thinking about how she broke my heart. |
