Very young children have immature minds, and don't actually know anything yet. That's why we don't let very young children make decisions for themselves; we want them to mature mentally and gather some basic knowledge about the world we live in first.

Fact 1: Almost any able-bodied guy can make a good janitor with a couple of weeks of basic training.

Fact 2: Becoming a decent doctor takes years of study, and even more years of practical experience.

Hence, decent doctors are more valuable than good janitors. Everyone is not equal. Our perception is not fucked, only yours is.

In my practice we have a saying, janitors are like the homeless: living organ incubators for the people who are too important for waiting lists.

The US has the most overpriced healthcare system in the world and the jackass doctors think they are god.

We have higher priced car BECAUSE like the leaders of a dog pack we decide more of a cut of societies wealth than the swill we treat. It is a fact of life that the ones that make the benefit for society should get the lions share. I believe people should pay healthcare taxes as well as pay for individual care. I am a crusader for people and humans on all levels but I cannot deny that I am better than most.

On a tangent, since you are Chinese:

I remember a guy who went to China and got an ordinary cold. A Chinese friend told him he should go see a doctor about it. He said it's no use, colds are caused by viruses, and there's nothing a doctor can do about it. The Chinese friend said, of course a western doctor can't do anything about it, but a traditional Chinese doctor certainly can!

The guy was intrigued´, so he weht to a recommended Chinese doctor. The doctor had him spit in a cup, and then examined the spit very carefully. Then he subscribed a few herbal teas and other things.

Three days later, the guy told his Chines friend the Chinese remedies wasn't helping any. The Chinese laughed and said: "you have to be more patient, it often takes a few weeks for Chinese medicine to start working!"

Which incidentally is enough time for the body to take care of the virus infection on its own, with or without herbal teas.

Well, I'm sure that being a doctor and all, you have better things to do than hang around on GLP. Don't you have some patients to maim, injure and kill while you suck every cent they have out of them?

If a patient is maimed or injured it is because they moved during surgery or they deliberately harmed themselves in an attempt to swindle money and the real question is what would you pay for health? Some of your money, or all of it? A doctor has every right to answer that question for you and if a patient looks like they may not have it, then we extract a souvenir during surgery.

It is also a myth that doctors are always busy. That is what interns are for, and the longer a patient is left in surgery the more compensation, so, yes I can be online as long as I want.

Everyone makes the same amount. You earn more by the more work (hours) you contribute. People will decide what they want from their society (hospitals, vehicles, houses), the facilities are built, and manned according to need and ability. People are different, some can be doctors, some can only be janitors. It is not their fault. SO for teh good of society, it will be published by the community heads (not govt) what jobs are needed to be filled to satisfy the needs/wants of the society. People would learn/practice their skills based on their talents and thier ability to fill a role, keeping in mind that some roles absoultely need to be filled. Again, everyone makes the same.. its the hours you put in. The drawback... with our current political boundaries, trade wouldn't work. It would have to be a global community, with areas specializing in their local populations desires. You would be working for the benefit of everyone, everybody's work would be appreciated, and their wouldn't be the huge divide in classes like exist today. It asks for people to forego their selfishness for the benefit of everyone, but that goes against everything we currently believe. Lower taxes, let people go without insurace, etc.

...also work days would be shorter since we wouldnt be working to fatten someones wallet with surplus sales. Just working to provide what is needed for the society... less waste, less work, everyone is cared for.
