That's because he is not Black, although the Blacks call him one of their own.
Just because he married a Black woman does not make him Black.
His Black father was nothing more than a sperm donor.
He was raised by his White Mother and his White Grandparents.
He was raised in the White Culture and received the same education as a White would.
