.. it does look kind of wicked and scary, especially the way it is twisting and looking like a tornado down there today. In any event, as big as ever. All those efforts for nothing accept more commotion and debris in the Gulf.

They have done this before and it has worked just not on this kind of scale I think...and it wasn't under water when they did this

I heard, but really not sure, that a controlled nuke under, deep in sea water, actually keeps the radiation fall-out relatively under control. Not sure of the specifics, but think I read this a week ago or so on George Ure's site. He seemed to be in favor of at least looking deeper into nuking it.

All that is clear is that at present, it is totally poisoning the Gulf and maybe even much more.

A sacrifice of life is esssential if you want to conjure a demon. The greater the loss, the more powerful the demon will be.

I dont think it would fix anything, its too dangerous to do that it could make it much worse.
I would say theres a 60-40 chance that using a nuke would make it many times worse.
Or it could plug the hole which would be good, but then you would have radiation to contend with and if all those oil platforms out there in that vicinity are getting their oil from the same underground basin then you would have radioactive oil coming out as they pumped it, and all the oil in the Gulf would be unusable.
