Well, I always see people in America as lazy honestly, they hate physical activity because they work for 75% of their entire life. So that means, 75% of their LIFE they are doing something they don't want to.
They eat trash food because they don't know any better, they do not go outside because it is hot / cold / boring / etc, and the TV is inside.
