What ever happened to all the roadblocks and RFID bracelets Greg Evensen claimed

If memory serves this ex trooper from kansas claimed, back in september that the military was suppose to start setting up roadblocks,rounding folks up,mandatory rfid bracelets,and vaccines,or put you on buses to FEMAS camps...then some active military chic made these same claims...check youtube ..well here we are now June 2010,not seeing any of this yet!!!I think they are all fearmongers who exagerate things,to sell their MSM and survival gear,so when real stuff happens,everyone is sick of the crying wolf.Anyone have any thoughts on all this???I AM willing to be educated,but please back up with proof/documents/links.
