Quoting: Anonymous Coward 963759 Is there an OTC pain reliever or OTC cocktail that is (1) safe, and (2) provides pain relief that will compare to the pain releiving qualities of Vicodin? I don't care about the euphoria aspect of it, just want the pain relief. Thanks! What type of pain? -- DLPA is a natural precursor to opoids that will help your body with chronic pain. |

TRAMADOL IS NOT WORTH IT either, the side effects are the same as coming off of Vicodin and does not help with pain AT ALL unless you take in heavy doses then you are at risk of SEIZURES!!! You're best bet is to just stick with Aleve or Tylenol and if you're worried about withdrawal symptoms of the Vicodin talk to a pain management doctor and get help and get Suboxone!!!!! Please!!!! It's the best thing you can do for yourself :) Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33226491 Oh, I see someone beat me to it. Jesus, man, don't be such a downer. You can get addicted to booze or cigarettes or anal sex or.....Come on. We all know some idiots are going to overdo anything they can get their hands on. They deserve it. I've used Kratom off and on for 5 years and I never had a day or a week or a month where I felt I needed it. When your tolerance gets too high, you lay off it for a few weeks or whatever. |

I have lower back pain, like everyone else. Nothing has worked except this stretch I do that is hard to explain. Basically, I put both hands on a table, locked elbows. Bend the knees slowly so that you transfer all weight to your arms. You're basically standing on the edge of the table with your arms. Slowly lean forward as far as you can and release all muscles except your arms. This is essentially stretching your spine using gravity. You likely will even feel your spine "pop" some of the time. I think of it as a slinky. You stretch the slinky and it pops back into place, then slowly let it go and it's back to normal. Good day. |
