The Queen of England holds "the note" because: (1) she is the head of all freemasonry in the world, (2) she directs the Illuminati banking House of Rothschild whose principals head all of the central banks worldwide, (3) she owns controlling interest in the Monsanto Corporation which has a monopoly on the world's seed market, and (4) she controls 70% of the world's grain harvest.

The Queen also still holds the position that she still reigns as sovereign over the American colonies which explains why Obama in his position with the International Monetary fund (IMF) takes his direction from her.

The intimate relationship between the Queen and the 'public" American government facade becomes more apparent when one becomes aware that she owns most of the land around Denver, Colorado. This is significant as Denver is the location where the U.S. Government has been relocating their most sensitive operations (CIA, NSA, etc.) to for the last 10 years.

The relocation of Queen and America's "public" government is necessary because after the pole shift happens which is imminent both the British isles and Washington, D.C. will both disappear beneath the sea.
