Anonymous Coward User ID: 996219 United States 06/08/2010 03:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In Martin Armstrong's latest report (written from prison where he now does his "research") he talks about it being a "Waterfall Event" ... ie: things go from going downhill but somewhat stable to just going over a waterfall. That is how countries and empires collapse according to his writings. If things fall apart in the Mid East (ie: Israeli attack on Iran is one way it could happen) the US had better be prepared for ALL LAND ACCESS into Afghanistan to be shut down. If that would happen it would allow for only limited resupply (by air) and the only way out for US Troops being by air. Our troops in Iraq would probaby fare better ... mostly since the Iraqi's have no love lost for Iran, but it still could get dicey. All in all we could have oodles of troops trapped inside Afghanistan and Iraq if thing went south fast later in the year and may not be able to get them all out. |

The tankers and some other cars were carrying supplies and oil in Islamabad and amazingly they were completely unprotected, no security escorts. They were attacked (no idea who by, hasn't been mentioned yet) , most drivers ran away and one got injured. They poured oil on other cars too and tried to set them on fire. Police search operation for the attackers underway. It's 1 AM here! Last Edited by psychic chemtrail on 06/08/2010 03:53 PM |

'When Plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men, they create for themselves, in the course of time, a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.' Frederic Bastiat, 'The Law' 1850 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press? We are the tools and vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes." JohnSwinton, 1830-1901, Former chief-of-staff New York Times ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "The bold effort the present bank has made to control the Government, the distress it has wantonly produced ... are but premonitions of the fate that awaits the American People should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution (The Bank of the United States), or the establishment of another like it." Andrew Jackson (December 2, 1834) |

Ask Obama, he's been there. Quoting: rancelot 240916If you're a foreign diplomat in Pakistan, you can smuggle anything you want, drugs, weapons etc. You can also break most laws and not get bothered by the law. |

If you know enough people you're bound to know where to get almost anything. And breaking laws and getting away only applies to people with loads of money, not the majority, which gets *ucked by the law and government on a regular basis. |

Bizarrely, all the drivers and containers’ cleaners had disappeared from the incident scene when the ambush was carried out near Sangjani place located in the outskirts of Islamabad, eyewitnesses told media persons. Rescue efforts have been kicked off as law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area while wounded men are being rushed to hospital for medical treatment. Fire tenders have been dispatched to incident site, as all containers are on thick fire, meanwhile, police parties are in pursuit of attackers, sources said. According to police sources, miscreants were carrying heavy armaments while riding two motorcycles and six cars when they lodged onslaught. |

Gold star for you my friend! Two gold stars. I ask you: Would there be one single leader from this generation who would stand up and take responsibility for having caused such an abandonment? Is there anyone in charge now who wants that on their head? If one ally can strand our troops, we have a big problem. If I were in command, I would be making my troops over there more and more polite, for they may have to thumb a ride home! |

Sorry but La Raza, if they want to have any say in anything, go back to where you came from and THEN talk about this. Sorry for being off topic but uh, Stop using my American internet to spread your anti-american filth. Close your suck and please find a podium to stand on that actually belongs to you. Not the ones you build for us, but your own. War is horrible. SO is mongering about it. |

What does this mean? The drivers were tipped that an ambush was going to happen and when it happened simply got out and walked away? Or that the ambush happened and the attackers simply let them go? |
