I ate fish emulsion(home canned salmon, caught past it's prime)four or five nights a week....I have never wasted another cent on salmon...When our old rooster died, my mom tried to cook it...After the first attempt she pressure cooked it, it was still tough...then she ground it and it was still tough..Yuck...

Our family of six lived on $86.00 a month in the '70's..

My children have never experienced anything like that...and they are just fine..
