I have yet to understand what you mean by his mother giving up her citizenship? She did not.. that I know of.

Obama can be a citizen for all I know. BUT he is NOT a natural born citizen. And that my dear friend, IS a constitutional requirement to be the POTUS. Which by his father being of Kenyan nationality/ British citizenship would blow that argument out of the water since BOTH parents would have to be American Citizens and Barack being born on US soil to be NATURAL born.

Obama being born on US soil and parents of two different citizenships may make him a US citizen. BUT NOT natural born citizen.

This guy in the video said Obama was NOT born in Hawaii. Therefore.. it is obvious he is not born in the USA.

So that leaves. Two parents of different citizenships and NOT born in USA. The mother a MINOR. If born in Kenya. He is a British Citizen.
