I've always said, he should gain 3 pounds if I can lose 10 pounds. heh heh...he doesn't know I've lost 5 pounds in the past two weeks...

**** GAIN 20 lbs muscle = 1 year possible 2-3 years realistic (if 18-21 years old) if middle aged (Dont hold your breath)
