Computer help? Can't get bp cams, started yesterday, I used to get them.

Greetings from old lady, computer clueless. Firefox,,,in the past I have gotten all the bp cams but yesterday or today cannot get one single one of them. I wonder if I did something to the computer to not be able to get them?
