Government/Police can ask any german ISP who did what with which IpAdress and when.. It's called "Vorratsdatenspeicherung" and was introduced to fight terrorism ( of course .. ) In many terms the law was called illegal after it was in effect and they changed it here and there a bit, but they still record some data and nobody really knows what exactly and for what purpose. The next step for germany was a "hooligan database", a "children molester database" and they are laws in the making to block parts of the Internet ( childporn pages .. but leaks of the lists revealed that also harmless sites were included ) .. Face it : It IS alreday "1984". |
