Had the same problems....it's symptoms are just like Crohn's disease. Pain and nausea, swelling of the small intestines. The pain is like poison in the kidney area and up the back. The chest will feel like a medium heart attack. Your dog doesn't want to move from the pain.

Ginger ale and a tblspoon of baking soda works for about 5 hrs. This is a temporary solution.

What works is several doses of Soy Protein with a long list of vitamins in it. I think the vitamins are the remedy. Your dog isn't getting certain vitamins and it makes the intestines swell.
