The moon under her feet (under foot) means she has conquered the negative influences and of course the reptilians who reside there. The crown of 12 stars are her sons; the Apostles, 12 tribes of Isreal, leaders of the 12 planets, etc. She is about to give birth to a new world. The dragon devours the child only when the truth is kept from it. If you know God and the truth, the dragon has no power!
