What happens when you "drill really deep holes in the ground"-
#1- The tectonic plates, which "magically" float on a liquid, say, like liquid MAGMA AND AN IRON CORE AT THE CENTER OF THE EARTH, tend to bulge, because of weight differentials, Mr. Gilligan Dumbass. Sometimes, they create fault lines, that make nice earthquakes, when the bulges, or edges, rub against each other. Bulges are also called "Mountains". Neat, right?

#2- You just fucked up, and drilled a super-deep hole, right into a massive low spot on a tectonic plate. Which means....ummm....you just tapped and pissed off what could possibly be a forming fault, but you wouldn't KNOW, because you see....we don't have the tech to SEE that. But we drilled it anyway, for the hell of it. Now, take a guess what happens when a nice fault has built up some SERIOUS stress, and begun to bulge, and you drill straight into it? The same as popping a zit on your face, retard. The EXACT same as shoving a pencil through a propane tank, should you be dumb enough to try and succeed eventually.

#3- Who said we actually drilled that deep, or that we hit ANYTHING? After all, no independent verification has been confirmed of ANYTHING whatsoever. Just some oil floating around, and on the shore.
