LOL that's hilarious, i came out pretty dark my wife is light skinned so of course she came out light looking but, doesnt mean you dont have pigment.

But great try on closing the gap between white and black people i do commend that.

White babies come out reddish, pinkish, purplish in some cases bluish - this particular color isn't too good, in the good old days it would be up to the midwife or attending physician to bash its brains out on the nearest rock. True medical history.

Other colored children come out either darker purple or redder. Pigment exists in all children except albinos who are born red (not white) and bleach out to white in a few hours.

Eyes on the other hand. The default eye color for whites is blue. The default color for blacks and other races is brown. Brown eyed whites will develop their brown eyes a few hours to days after birth.

Dark skinned people are born fairer skinned, still 'tan' if you know what I mean. Light skinned 'brown' people are still born with enough pigment to know where they are going. Most are actually born more red/purple in color and their pigment does indeed darken up to 6 months after birth.

The reality is you never met a black person. Never. True black is not on the color spectrum of pigmentation. Well it is, but that race died out in the 1700's and where so black they were bluish in color. They were a small tribe near Ethiopia.

Most of the black people you do meet are shades of brown.

So there is no such thing as black people, thus no black babies.

Actually it takes a few months before the melanin starts to do it's work. And this has nothing to do with white ancestery either. I am born into a marron society/family. We have never mixed with europeans. We did, not frequently, mix with Carrib indian (as my paternal greatgrandmother was one) but they are just as dark as my hebrew ancestors.

The same thing with hair, babies haircurls are a bit more loose and change texture within 4 months to a year or longer.

No actually Opie is right. It depends on which brownbabies you are talking about.. there is a difference between most of the african nations and the survivors of the slavetrade!
